Recover, Filter, and Recycle
The RFR family of products is a scaleable waste water recovery and recycling product, designed to provide the mobile pressure washing industry with a cost effective solutions for achieving EPA compliance for the federal storm drain discharge requirements.
System Overview
- The basic system filters to 5 microns (the largest particles passed through the system are no larger than 5 microns). (As a point of reference, the pressure washer pump manufacturers require particle levels of less than 10 microns to protect the pump from abrasive wear.)
- Filter medial is available to perform filtration to a tighter level if the operator or local ordinances require it
- Processes the water through the final filtration phase at 5GPM or 10GPM. (The latter configuration allows the Recycling system to keep up with 2 commercial pressure washing systems)
- Utilizes a state of the art design approach to achieve the highest levels of operator productivity coupled with a very low cost of ownership
- Delivered with an integrated high performance vacuum system (bag filtration systems for general particulate removal)
- Optional inclusion of industry standard cartridge canisters to allow for specialty cartridges to be used in specific applications or to satisfy local water cleanliness requirements
- Incorporates oil absorbing filter materials to remove free floating as well as emulsified oils within the reclaimed water. (If additional oil filtration is required to satisfy local requirements, an oil absorbing cartridge can be placed in the optional canister, as necessary)
