Recover, Filter, and Recycle
The "RFR" (Recover, Filter, and Recycle) is a group of products dealing with wastewater recycling and wastewater recovery. The products are scaleable, and they are specifically designed for the mobile pressure washing industry. RFR products provide cost effective solutions for wastewater recycling and recovery, while achieving EPA compliance for requirements for federal storm drain discharge.
System Overview
- Filter medial performs filtration to a tighter level if required to do so.
- Basic system filters to 5 microns. This means that particles passed through the system will be 5 microns at the very largest. As a comparison, pressure washer pump manufacturers require particle levels of anything less than 10 microns. This protects the pump from abrasive wear.
- The final filtration phase is processed at 5GPM to 10GPM. At 10GPM, water is being processed at the same rate as 2 commercial pressure washing systems.
- State of the art design approach, helping to achieve very low cost ownership and high levels of operator productivity.
- High performance vacuum system, already integrated. (These vacuum bag filtration systems are used for general particulate removal)
- Industry standard cartridge canisters included. This allow for the use of specialty cartridges in specific applications, and also to comply with local water cleanliness requirements.
- Filter materials that are oil absorbing are incorporated. These materials remove emulsified and free floating oils in the reclaimed water. (An oil-absorbing cartridge can be placed inside the optional canister, as necessary, if additional oil filtration is required.)
