The Landa EHW Series Hot Water Pressure Washer is an all-electric machine, great for indoor needs.  All you need to do is simply plug the ALL ELECTRIC unit in, and you get hot water - no noise or fumes.  It can be placed virtually anywhere inside - even inside a closet or under a stairway.  The EHW Series has a unique design, with a stainless steel heating coil that is in a hot water tank.  This reduces scale build up and maintenance, as the heating elements never touch the pressurized water.
