Cuda Series H2O-4860 Series Parts Washer
The Cuda Series 4860 parts washer has a load capacity of 2500 lbs. It also provides 60 inches of working height, and a 48 inch turntable diameter. This series produces 200 GPM at 50 PSI, with a 7.5 HP vertical seal-less pump, in addition to a sump capacity of 156 gallons.
Space Saver Roll-In Door
The space saver door not only allows easy access to the chamber, but the roll-in door aspect saves a lot of space as compared to normal doors that open out.
Integrated Oil Skimmer
The oil skimmer comes with a stainless steel disc, and wiper blades. It helps to remove grease, oil, and other grime from the cleaning solution. This helps lengthen the life of the cleaning solution, and also gives an easy way to dispose of this grease and oil.
Front Access Debris Screen
The patented debris screen is made to filter debris particles from the cleaning solution. Having a clean solution helps to keep the spray nozzel clear and spraying effectively. It also provides a screen for catching small items that may have fallen through the chamber.
Optional Detail Tray with Dedicated Sump
An optional feature, the detail tray comes with a dedicated sump, in addition to the main sump, and can be used with any cleaning solution. When not in use, the try can fold down to provide additional work space.
Optional Pneumatic Power Brush
An optional feature, the pneumatic power brush is quite powerful, rotating as a speed of 1800 RPM. It comes with steel bristles, helping remove even the toughest grime.
