The Kärcher Cuda Series 2840 is the second largest parts washer of all front loading washers.  This unit features a load capacity of 750 lbs, a working height of 40 inches, and a 28 inch turntable diameter.  It also has a 3 HP seal-less vertical pump, and produces 50 GPM at 45PSI.

Space Saver Roll-In Door

The roll-in door not only saves space as compared to doors that open out, but it also provides easy access to the wash chamber.

Integrated Oil Skimmer

This integrated skimmer removes all grease and oil from the cleaning solution.  This not only provides an easy solution for getting rid of the oil, but also lengthens the life of the cleaning solution.

Front Access Debris Screen

The front access screen is a patented product that provides a filter for the wash solution.  This allows the spray nozzel to spray clearly and effectively, and also provides a screen for small parts that may have been washed through the cleaning chamber by accident.

Optional Detail Tray with Dedicated Sump

The detail tray has a dedicated sump, and is an optional feature.  This product is independent of the main sump.  It can fold down to make space for a work area, and can be filled with virtually any cleaning solution. 

Optional Pneumatic Power Brush

The pneumatic power brush is an optional feature.  It comes with steel bristles, great for removing material and deposits that won’t come off.  It rotates at 1800 RPM.
